The Shores Condominium is a twelve story building consisting of two separate towers which is located on the beach in Monmouth Beach, NJ.
Work includes the repair and preparation of the entire brick facade and the application of an elastomeric coating.
Elastomeric coatings provide long term durability and prevent wind driven rain from penetrating into the building.
Work also includes the removal of the existing tile on all unit balconies and the application of a new polyurethane deck coating system.
The polyurethane coating provides a waterproof deck system which will prevent future damage and will improve the overall aesthetics of the building.
