Ibis Condominiums in Seapointe Village Wildwood Crest, NJ
Painting by Pearce was excited to begin the exterior painting recoat of The Ibis Condominiums located in Seapointe Village in Wildwood Crest, NJ.

The Ibis is a 22 unit Contemporary Designed Condominium built in 2007. All stucco surfaces were prepared and coated with two coats of Pittsburgh Perma-Crete Pitt Flex elastomeric coating.

Elastomeric coatings, used on the Ibis, provide long term durability on masonry surfaces. The coating’s elasticity adjusts with movement of the masonry surface caused by expansion and contraction due to temperature changes..

Elastomerics block wind driven rain and prevent water from penetrating into building interiors while allowing moisture vapor to pass easily through the surface.

Elastomerics offer excellent resistance to mildew growth, alkali and efflorescence. The coating lengthens substrate life and reduces overall maintenance costs.
